Goang Chyan uses up-to-date inspection equipment made by world-renowned inspection instrument manufacturers. The instruments we use for gear inspections include three-dimension measuring machines, gear gauges, roundness measuring machines, profilometers, projection comparators, and other testers. Our goal is to achieve the best quality and high precision customers require.
Our requirements for gear quality begin with the procurement of raw materials. The quality control continues through the prototyping and manufacturing process. Before sending the finished gears and gear sets to the customer, we have the final inspection to ensure the products satisfy the customer.
